- Megan Katt, MPH, RDN, LDN, a Clinical Oncology Dietitian at the Tammy Walker Cancer Center in Salina, Kansas will talk about malnutrition.
- Deborah Hinnen, APRN, CDCES, BC-ADM, FAAN, FADCES, an Advanced Practice Nurse and nationally recognized Diabetes Care and Education Specialist will talk on getting a grip on the GLP/GIP landscape.
- Lisa Cooperman, MS, RDN, a nationally recognized registered dietitian, speaker, and entrepreneur specializing in food allergy management, gastrointestinal disorders, and overall wellness, who will speak on food allergies/dyes.
- Kirsten Angell, RD, LD, CDCES, a 4th generation cattle rancher & registered dietitian & diabetes educator, will moderate a panel of Farm 2 Plate leaders who will share their perspectives on the future of the local food movement, offering a candid discussion of emerging opportunities, challenges, and innovations.
