Kansas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation
The Kansas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation (KSANDF) was established in 1998. It exists as the philanthropic arm of the Kansas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (KSAND). It is legally separate from KSAND and is registered as a not-for-profit corporation under the General Not-For-Profit Act of the State of Kansas. It is a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
KSANDF supports the mission of KSAND by:
- Funding scholarships for the dietetics profession. Funds are available to deserving students at all levels of study.
- Recognizing dietetic practitioners for their outstanding contributions to the Association and to the profession of dietetics.
